Al Hendrix # 41 Sprint Car |

 Paul’s
relationship with Al Hendrix in the Baby Bowes project lead
to the desire to restore Al’s sprint car. The chassis
was constructed by famed race car builder, Lujie Lesovsky in
1955. Al raced the car through the 1973 season, with many victories
on both dirt and paved tracks of the West coast. Famous drivers
included Wally Pankratz, Arnie Knepper and Colby Scoggins. Paul
restored the car in 2002 and has demonstrated the car at the
New Hampshire International Speedway. |
